Kitchen renovations
Layouts reworked, cabinetry, plumbing and electrics moved where they should have been. The room you use most, rebuilt around how you actually cook.
Bathroom renovations
Full strip-outs down to the screed. Waterproofing done properly, because it is the one thing you cannot fix later without starting again.
Outdoor spaces
Patios, braai areas, decks and paving. The part of the house that gets used every weekend and is usually left until last.
Commercial renovations
Offices, shops and restaurants refitted around trading hours, so you lose as few days as possible.

Common questions
How long does a typical renovation take?
It depends on scope and complexity. A bathroom is usually 2 to 3 weeks, a kitchen around 3 weeks, and a complete home makeover 2 to 4 months. You'll get a detailed timeline during planning.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage the permits and schedule the inspections, so your renovation meets local building codes and regulations.
Is the quote free?
Yes. We come out for a free first visit and look at the whole job in person, then send a detailed quote a few days later.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
For most projects, yes. We phase the plan to keep disruption down, especially on larger jobs. The room we're working in won't be usable while we're in it. For a full-home renovation, staying on site isn't possible while the work is under way.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. A 6-month workmanship guarantee. If something isn't right, we come back and put it right. Materials and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties, so it's worth keeping your slips.
